Jim: It has been about 2 years since I've been viewing your site and receiving the shoveletters. I can't thank you enough. The things that you have said are the exact things that are happening on the inside of me. You verbalize it in a way that is right on. The ''real'' truth or Him living inside of me is a reality NOW. This is exactly what sets us ''free,'' knowing that He is living through us moment by moment. Focus has shifted off of self! I thank you for your encouragement. Not only to myself, but I have seen you countless times encourage others in who they are in Christ. You are truly a light in the midst of ALL the religious garbage. Keep on keeping on my friend. We Love You. John D

Jim,

thankyou for saying in your recent ''shovelletter'' exactly what i have been feeling this past week.the answer before last weeks events was Christ and the answer now is still Christ. So many are gearing up for ''warfare'' that they overlook that the church has been in warfare for 2000 years.
thanks again,brother.

This is the first time that I've taken time to look at much on your site. I think we've been net-friends for about two years now. I've always enjoyed & appreciated your calm and humorous approah, style, and technique. I really liked seeing all those photos on your site. Now, I think it's time for a few shovels of popcorn. hee hee tee hee ... Loving Hugs, JohnBoy

Hello! It is great to find a site that declares the freedom of the good news - the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I like to be challenged now about my beleifs, after questioning my salvation and coming to faith in Christ, instead of a works religion, I really need this site!

It is so freeing to know that I can't do anything to earn favor with God! That everything I need is found in Jesus Christ. It is so easy to fall back into legalism if you do not watch and pray, for the devil is always waiting to have us doubt our salvation, and tell us we need to do something else to keep it, or that we can loose it. Some people may call it greasy grace - but I don't want to sin, and I need no excuse for my sin, God will deliver me, and I can trust in the work of the Holy Spirit in my life to free me from sin! I do not have to get all guilt ridden, and get into condemnation, because I'm resting in Jesus Christ! Praise God, for He is worth of all praise, and HE will not give his glory to no man! So I do not brag of my own righteousness, I brag of Christ who is my righteousness! I'm nothing without Him, and I have everything with Him, and In Him! Praise the Lord!!!!
