The Grace of God
How often do you view grace only in terms of its definition meaning undeserved favor? Does grace seem more like a concept to you rather than expressing the very life by which we have been forgiven and made alive in Christ? Do not be swayed by so-called grace teachings that end up reintroducing you to new sets of Christian laws and principles. Stand in Christ alone and you will stand in his grace!
For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ. John 1:17

Re: The Grace of God
Hi Jim! I hope you and Sherri are doing well. :) I believe I see what you are saying. When I don't see the reality of me being united with Christ, then I am deceived into seeing an illusion that I am separate from Him which makes grace a concept or a principle, e.g., undeserved favor, yet still separate from Christ, i.e., He shows me favor, but I am the one responsible to make it all work out. This is not the most clearly worded comment, but these are the first words that came out. :) I just wanted to take a moment to say hi again. Gregg

Hello, my friend, Gregg!
Yes, I do believe you see what I'm saying. :) And I think it is worded quite well. Thanks for popping in to say Hi.
