Brain-dead
The down-side of getting up so early is the eventual period of brain-deadness. Do you know what I mean? I often can't wait to get home to jot down some excellent piece of good news to pass on, but I end up staring blankly into the computer screen waiting for who knows what. Sometimes it's worse than other times. This is one of those periods of time. All I can tell you at this moment is that I am glad Christ never fails. :)

christ never fails! :) i was thinkin' about that a few minutes ago ... about how christ is our very source and essence of the new life we are. and if we know that, how sad it is that deception so easily slips into our thoughts and convinces us otherwise.
yet, even in that we are reminded aren't we that the treasure of his light shines out of the darkness of these earthen vessels, and the excellency of the power of christ in us is seen and known to be of God, and not of us. in other words, not from any fleshly efforts or contrivings. :)
i am so thankful for your site and all the encouragement and support found within it for discovering and re-discovering the truth of the gospel that is ours in christ. :)
thank you for all the endless work, time, energy and expense in putting it all together and consistently maintaining it, tweeking it, etc. :)

..I am not sure how far this off the cuff observation will get but, ever noticed that the word "convicted" is also very much used by the world in relation to a broken law?
